Vaccination Protocol
- Foals
- Eastern and Western Encephalomyelitis (Sleeping Sickness), Tetanus Toxoid, Influenza and Rhinopneumonitis. This vaccine is often referred to as: 5-Way
Note: The 5-Way may be broken down into 2 vaccines and given separately if desired.- Eastern and Western Encephalomyelitis with Tetanus Toxoid (EWT)
- Influenza and Rhinopneumonitis (referred to as Flu/Rhino) (FR)
- West Nile Virus (WNV)
- Streptococcus equi referred to as Strangles (STR)
• First vaccination at 3-4 months of age
• Booster in 1 month
• Vaccines:

Weanlings through Adults
- Eastern and Western Encephalomyelitis (referred to as Sleeping Sickness), Tetanus Toxoid, Influenza and Rhinopneumonitis. This vaccine is often referred to as: 5-Way

Pregnant Mares
- Eastern and Western Encephalomyelitis (referred to as Sleeping Sickness), Tetanus Toxoid, Influenza and Rhinopneumonitis. This vaccine is often referred to as: 5-Way

- Eastern and Western Encephalomyelitis with Tetanus Toxoid (EWT)

• Vaccinate at 5, 7, and 9 months of gestation with Rhinopneumonitis, EHV-1, killed virus
• Vaccinate one month prior to foaling with:
